Key Responsibilities :
Accounts & Administrative Support
- Tally daily revenue, reconcile transactions, and maintain financial trackers
- Maintain agreements, vendor documents, invoices, and internal files
- Support coordination with accountants, auditors, and finance partners
Expansion & New Location Scouting
Scout potential sites across Mumbai and other citiesConduct early feasibility assessments : area measurements, rental ranges, competition mapping,demand indicators, and access logistics
Prepare concise reports and comparisons to support decision-makingCoordinate with landlords, brokers, architects, and vendors for site visits and data gatheringCentral Operations Coordination
Maintain operational dashboards for bookings, revenue, memberships, and expensesAssist with vendor coordination and procurement across all Serve Society locationsSupport creation and improvement of SOPs as the startup scalesAssist with preparation of monthly performance and operational review reportsCross-Functional Exposure
Work directly with the founder on time-sensitive projects and strategic tasksSupport launch readiness for new centers and help coordinate various internal teamsAssist with research, data gathering, and creating structured documentationRequirements
Graduate degree mandatory — no non-graduates for this roleStrong analytical and organizational skillsGood working knowledge of Excel / Google SheetsStrong communication skills and comfort coordinating with multiple stakeholdersAbility to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environmentInterest in sports, wellness, or the startup ecosystem is preferredFor interns : minimum commitment of 3–6 monthsWhat You’ll Gain
