About the Role :

We’re looking for a passionate Training Coordinator to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team and work closely with our L&D Manager. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless and engaging learning experience for employees — from training logistics to program evaluation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate end-to-end training programs — plan, organize, and administer training sessions.
• Maintain accurate training records , attendance, and completion data within the Learning Management System (LMS) .
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and skill gaps .
• Provide administrative and logistical support for trainees and onboarding programs.
• Assist with new hire orientation and induction sessions.
• Collect and analyze feedback and survey data to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements.
