Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of hiring needs.- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT, R&D, leadership, and volume hiring mandates, especially for mid-to-senior level roles.- Extensive experience in headhunting, market mapping, and consultative hiring approaches.- Source, screen, evaluate, and close candidates using various sourcing methods like portals, social media, and passive talent engagement.- Strong understanding and experience of working in consulting or search firms, handling large volumes of hiring across sectors.- Maintain a consistent and data-driven recruitment process including weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards and hiring metrics.- Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, reference checks, and ensure post-offer engagement for better joining conversions.- Collaborate closely with business teams and hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs and design strategic sourcing plans accordingly.- Ensure compliance with Taggd processes, ethics, and client guidelines during every step of the hiring cycle.Job Requirements :
