Serrala - Senior SAP ABAP Consultant

About the Role :

As a Technical ABAP Consultant at Serrala, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative SAP-based solutions that optimize our clients' payment and finance processes. You will leverage your deep technical expertise in ABAP to translate business requirements into robust and efficient SAP functionalities.

Working closely with our functional consultants and other technical team members, you will contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that drive tangible business value.

Your Day to Day :

• Requirement Analysis : Dive deep into understanding client needs and business processes. Collaborate with product owners and functional consultants to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and clearly communicate dependencies.
• Solutioning / Designing : Take ownership of the technical design process. This includes creating comprehensive technical documentation, conducting thorough impact analysis, and developing proof-of concept applications to validate design choices.
• Execution Excellence : Break down complex user stories into manageable technical tasks. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented ABAP code, adhering to coding standards and best practices. Ensure the developed solutions are thoroughly tested and ready for production deployment.
• Business Agility : Actively participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Embrace flexibility and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Collaboration : Foster strong collaboration within the team and across departments. Proactively participate in organizational initiatives, share knowledge, and mentor junior team members, contributing to a positive and growth-oriented environment.
