Job Summary :

The Product Managers of TE PLE Software are responsible for transforming existing Software Engineering ecosystems and applications to adapt to 'Modern Ways of Engineering' for the Global Siemens Healthineers Organization and you as a Lead Engineer, will play a key role working with them in evaluating, prototyping and customizing the solutions to meet the needs of global business lines that accelerates productivity and caters business efficiency. This role demands a proactive mindset, technical versatility, and the ability to translate complex requirements into functional solutions. You will leverage modern engineering practices to drive software transformation, improve team productivity, and accelerate time-to-patient across all stages (Plan, Code, Build, Test, Release, Deploy, Operate & Monitor) of software & system development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Quickly adapt to emerging technologies and develop proof of concepts (POCs) based on project needs
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in technical design discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews to drive team productivity and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and deliver solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
