Assistant Manager (Sales-Cables)

Objective :

Support regional sales initiatives by assisting in planning, execution, and customer engagement to achieve growth targets and strengthen the market presence of the cables division.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in implementing regional sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
• Identify potential customers and generate leads in assigned territory.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Support senior team members in onboarding new clients and expanding market reach.
• Collect and report data on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
• Develop a strong understanding of LV and MV cable products and related industrial electrical solutions.
• Communicate product benefits effectively to customers.
• Support senior managers during negotiations and contract finalization.
