Location : Kukatpally / Gachibowli, Hyderabad (India Office)

Work Mode : Hybrid — 5 days in office + 1 day WFH (Saturday)

Timings : 8 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 AM IST (US shift)

About the Role

We’re looking for a full-stack accountant who can own the finance function across multiple fast-growing businesses managed by a single founder group. This isn’t a narrow bookkeeping job. It’s a core finance-control role responsible for maintaining clean, compliant, and real-time accounts across different brands operating in both India and the U.S.

You’ll work directly with the founders, manage multiple ledgers, reconcile international accounts, coordinate with outlet managers abroad, and keep the group’s books audit-ready at all times.

Your goal : ensure every number seen by the founders is accurate, traceable, and up-to-date.

Core Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts for all entities (India and overseas).
• Record every transaction including sales, purchases, vendor bills, reimbursements, and inter-company transfers.
• Tag all entries correctly under brand, department, and cost center.
• Manage month-end and year-end closures, journal entries, and adjustments.
• Oversee bank reconciliations for multiple Indian and U.S. accounts.
• Review credit card, POS, and digital payment settlements (Stripe, Clover, Toast, PayPal, etc.).
• Import / export data from ERPs and payment gateways.
• Track depreciation, prepaid expenses, and accruals monthly.
