Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Telesales / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills along with a passion for client handling and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our advertising services
• Generate leads follow up regularly and maintain client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into customers
• Maintain data records call logs and daily reporting
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Coordinate with the sales & marketing team for campaign execution Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Qualification :

Experience : Minimum 1 year experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / BDE

Salary Structure

per month (Fixed Salary based on experience) Attractive Incentives (Performance-based)
