About the Role
The Senior Manager - People and Culture will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and driving employee engagement initiatives. The Shiv Nadar School - Gurgaon is seeking a creative People & Culture professional who is competent, passionate, and dedicated to driving change and innovation in the education sector. The P&C Partner will be responsible for managing the overall People & Culture strategies and practices at the Campus, along with strengthening the existing processes and operations. Should have a progressive mindset with the ability to translate vision into reality through a strong execution orientation and proven track record of delivery.

Manage and assist HODs / Leaders in developing strategy of workforce.Seek opportunities to share learning and coach / mentor team.Ensure people have objectives & development plans to support organization and team goals.Drive integration of team members to deliver excellence.Talent Planning and Acquisition
Planning of Talent Acquisition numbers & support to campus.Workforce Management (WFM) and workload allocation with stakeholders.Understanding and creating the detailed Job Description.Sourcing through various mediums - Mix of hiring channels.Profile Screening & first level P&C interaction.Scheduling of Interviews with Heads.Reference Check & Background Verification.Compensation fitments, benchmarking and offer.Regular hand holding of the prospect hire till joining.Reduction in cost of Recruitment - Focus on direct hiring.Overall closure of all positions as per TAT.Making sure an overlap in replacement positions for a smooth transition.On Boarding and Induction
Lead the on-boarding documentation and support.Completing the joining and on-boarding formalities on ERP as per on-boarding checklist.Creation of induction plan.Induction of New Joinees to the P&C Operations Module and ERP.Introduction to the larger team and ecosystem.New hire acclimatization and check.Campus tour etc.Training and Development
Training Needs Identification at all levels.Identifying training gaps and defining Professional Development (PD) Modules for employees.Assessment of PD Modules.Oversee Training and PD Process.People Management and Culture
Plan and devise strategies for better people engagement, people process, organization culture building, management, employer and employee brandingDrive and enhance Employee Benefits through external and internal partners.Drive People Reward and Recognition, Newsletter, Brochures and Recognition media.Operational Efficiency (People and Culture Operations)

Introduction to Talent Management System for probation and annual review process.Facilitate goal setting and goal review process.Facilitate annual review meetings.Validate and distribution of annual appraisal letters.Keeping the real time data of probation confirmation and annual incrementsEmployee Engagement and Communication
Manage all internal communications as per design and templates (birthday, work anniversary, employee benefits etc).Drive and implement all employee engagement initiatives.Coordinate and support all P&C Annual events, R&R etc.Grievance resolutionMIS and Reports
Manage P&C database on ERP.Ensure up to date data.Maintain all P&C related MIS and dataP&C Operations | Excellence and Compliance
Manage and support all stakeholders with Organizational Insurance & Mediclaim process.Facilitate and support Annual Wellness Check.Facilitate and support Internal Audits.Ensure compliance of all policies as per the compliance requirement.Employee and Organizational Development Initiatives
Facilitate employee empowerment sessions on P&C Modules, Practices, ERP / payroll / insurance & other P&C interventions etc.Design and implement organogram with clear accountability.Support leadership practices and execution.Support and facilitate Professional Development as per need analysis for all employees.Qualifications
A post graduate degree from a recognized B School in Human Resources / Industrial relations with over 8 -10 years of relevant work experience in business partner roles with similar responsibilities as outlined.Required Skills
Proven experience in a managerial role within HR or People and Culture.Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Possess excellent interpersonal skills, be detail oriented, and have complex problem-solving abilityOpenness to unlearn and relearn.Preferred Skills
