8. Identify high performing employees and help with career progression,opportunities
9. Build talent pool for all critical roles by market mapping and,internal talent identification
10. Visit Jio centers and Jio points to understand operation related,challenges and help with solutions
11. Handle recruitment at area through effective source mix, defined TAT,and quality parameters
