Role Description
This is a full-time remote / part time role for a Business Development Manager - US Staffing at REETECH USA. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry for Direct client and MSP recruitment only.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment processes.
Identify and research potential clients (MSP / Direct Client) within target industries and markets.
Proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure profitability and mutual satisfaction.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in managing and growing key accounts
Knowledge of current market trends and competitors
Proficiency in Apollo AI or other lead generation software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
