We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end import / export operations, ensuring compliance with customs, insurance, and financial documentation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in international logistics, a strong understanding of customs and insurance procedures, and the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate all import / export transactions, ensuring compliance with international trade and customs regulations
• Prepare, review, and file import / export documentation including invoices, shipping documents, customs declarations, and insurance policies.
• Handle customs clearance processes, duty calculations, and apply correct tariff classifications for all shipments.
• Track shipments, liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure timely delivery and resolve delays.
• Arrange insurance coverage for goods in transit and process insurance claims for damaged / lost cargo.
• Maintain up-to-date records of shipments and compliance documentation, ensuring adherence to statutory compliance requirements.
