Who you will work with

In this 8-month fixed-term contract, you will support lateral hiring across Expert Client Delivery, Business Services, and Business Functions at BCN India.

As an Associate, you will work closely with the senior Recruiters and the Senior Manager – Recruiting to ensure smooth execution of hiring activities, manage candidate coordination, support sourcing efforts, and contribute to a seamless candidate experience.

About you

• Postgraduates : 0–2 years of experience
• Undergraduates : 2–4 years of experience in HR or recruiting support roles
• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or HR processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms (e.G., LinkedIn, job portals) is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, team-oriented, and collaborative mindset
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;

comfort with maintaining trackers, MIS, and reporting
