Finance Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting fundamentals who enjoys working with numbers, managing day-to-day entries, and ensuring accuracy in financial records.

What You Will Do

Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.

Process invoices, receipts, and vendor bills.

Manage accounts receivable and payable with timely follow-ups.

Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory filings.

Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

Maintain petty cash and daily reconciliations.

Assist in preparing monthly reports for management.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting.

1–3 years of experience in accounts (freshers with strong skills may also apply).

Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.

Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and discipline.

A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
