Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain end-to-end automated test scripts using Cypress (JavaScript / TypeScript)
• Collaborate with QA, Dev and DevOps teams to ensure seamless automation integration within CI / CD pipelines.
• Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and API testing to validate product quality.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and defect triage during Agile sprints.
• Analyze test results, debug failures, and identify root causes in collaboration with development teams.
• Contribute to automation best practices, code reviews, and documentation.
• 3–5 years of overall QA experience with at least 2+ years in Cypress automation.
• Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.Js, and front-end testing methodologies.
• Solid understanding of web application architecture, APIs, and RESTful services.
• Experience integrating automation with CI / CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with BDD / TDD frameworks (e.G., Mocha, Chai, Cucumber).
• Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) and Agile project tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Strong debugging and analytical skills to identify test or application issues.
• Exposure to API automation (Postman, Newman, or RestAssured).
• Experience with cloud-based test execution platforms (e.G., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
• Knowledge of performance or visual regression testing tools.
• Awareness of Docker or containerized test environments.
