We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Power BI Developer to join our dynamic data analytics team.
The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing complex Power BI solutions, transforming raw data into actionable insights.
You will be a key contributor in designing, building, and maintaining sophisticated dashboards and reports, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities :

Power BI Development Architecture :

Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, leveraging DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling best practices.

Architect and implement robust Power BI solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity.

Develop and maintain data models, calculations, and visualizations to meet complex business requirements.

Optimize Power BI performance through efficient data modeling, query optimization, and report design.

Data Integration Transformation :

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse data sources, including databases, cloud platforms, and APIs, using Power Query.

Implement data cleansing and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Design and implement data warehousing solutions to support Power BI reporting.

Requirements Gathering Analysis :

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Technical Leadership Mentorship :

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Power BI developers.

Establish and enforce best practices for Power BI development and deployment.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and industry trends.

Performance Tuning and Optimization :

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Power BI reports and dashboards.

Optimize DAX queries and data models for efficient data retrieval.

Implement strategies for improving report loading times and overall performance.
