Job descriptionClearly explainthe structure, curriculum details, and benefitsof various academic programs. Stay updatedwith industry trends,educational policies, and new program developments. Engage with prospective studentsand parents throughregular follow-ups via calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Assist with the submission of required documents and ensure timelycompletion of enrolment processes. Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolmentand revenue targets. Develop and implement strategies to enhance enrolment numbers and meet organizational goals. Coordinate with faculty, admissions, and marketing teams to ensuresmooth counselling and enrolment processes. Participate in events such as webinars,seminars, and workshopsto promote academic programs. Maintain accurateand up-to-date recordsof student inquiries, counselling sessions, and enrolments. Provide periodic reportson counselling outcomesand conversion ratesto management. Strong verbaland written communication skills. Ability to build rapportand establish trustwith students and parents. Goal-oriented with excellent persuasion and negotiation skill

Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in any fieldis required.
