The Role
Housiey is seeking a proactive Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, mid-level position that involves managing and converting leads generated by the marketing team, conducting site visits, and closing bookings. The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with top developers and leveraging our industry expertise.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with leads generated by the marketing team, providing detailed information about our projects to prospective clients.
- Convince potential buyers to schedule site visits by effectively communicating the benefits and features of our properties.
- Conduct site visits for prospects, addressing all relevant queries, and ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the process.
- Drive sales by closing bookings and meeting set targets, while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with developers and internal teams to align on project updates and sales strategies.
- Promote our properties through various channels and maintain a positive brand image in the market.
- Provide regular feedback to the marketing and management team on lead quality and market trends.
