ROLE MISSION :
The Research Manager / Senior Research Manager - Quantitative is a part of the Client Service team who would serve as an Intermediary between Kantar and its clients, with responsibility for revenue & margin assurance & appropriate high levels of service to those clients.

KEY OUTCOMES :
- Developing & maintaining relationships with their identified clients, ensuring that their needs are being met and that they are receiving appropriate levels of service, in collaboration with the line manager on those accounts
- Owning the management of revenue budgets set for those clients in close collaboration with the higher manager.
- Developing individual job costs, monitoring job costs throughout a project and ensuring profitability
- Identifying & developing new business opportunities amongst existing clients and outside the existing client base with guidance from higher managers.
- Management of staff in his / her team, training and career development of staff, annual evaluations and monitoring of the progress of staff under their management
- Leading the national special projects for cascade across the entire office.
CAPABILITIES :
At least 4 – 8 years of experience in Client ServiceProven knowledge of market researchPreferred proven knowledge of Kantar products and philosophyProven skills in team management and leadershipBackground and experience in P&L managementDemonstrated ability to build strong client relationshipsStrong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
