Responsibilities :

• Business Growth & Sales

○ Drive monthly revenue targets and ensure consistent business growth.

○ Identify and develop new business opportunities through partnerships, networking, and lead generation.

○ Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and branch performance reports.

○ Manage a team of sales, marketing, and creative professionals to ensure smooth operations.

○ Oversee project delivery, client servicing, and campaign execution.

○ Recruit, train, and mentor team members to meet performance standards.

○ Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

○ Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and service quality.

○ Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

○ Work closely with management to align branch goals with company objectives.

○ Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

○ Represent the company at events, client meetings, and industry forums.
