Role & Resbonsibility :

Play a key role in developing and enhancing our business intelligence and analytics capabilities to support smarter decision-making across the company.

Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, and operations to design, develop, and maintain important dashboards and regular business reports, ensuring everyone has access to the right information.

Analyze product performance, customer journeys, marketing campaigns, and business metrics—highlighting what’s working well and identifying opportunities for growth.

Support cross-functional teams by turning their data questions into actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

Conduct deep dives into new opportunities, underperforming channels, or emerging risks, helping the business spot insights early.

Present clear and simple insights and recommendations to stakeholders, using visuals and language that everyone can understand.

Qualifications :

2–4 years of experience in analytics, BI, or reporting roles (experience in fintech or financial services is a plus).

Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Data Studio.

Comfortable collaborating across functions to understand and meet data needs.

SQL skills are a bonus but not required.

A naturally curious problem-solver who enjoys helping the business move forward through data insights.

Candidates from Tier 1 B-Schools (IIMs or equivalent) are preferred.
