Job descriptionDesign, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies Use the latest technologies, i.e. AI Agents, to build relevant solutions Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities Conduct process mining and optimization to maximize automation efficiency Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs Perform testing and quality assurance of automated processes Train and support end-users in utilizing automated solutions, ensure onboarding of users onto the developed application and share best practices Manage small to mid-size projects, including Planning, execution and reporting within our governance framework Support and coach from colleagues which are developing small applications within our ‘creator’ program." Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate & Apps, including desktop and cloud flows Strong understanding of API integration and web services Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and strong communication skills 3+ years of experience in Process Improvement and RPA implementation and consulting Hands on experience with Team management or lead Experience in LLM's is a plus Master’s degree in computer science, AI, Information Technology, or related field

- Monitor the applications running on the platform and ensure SL2, together with Maintenance team
- Ensure the maintenance team works with adapted priorities
- Make sure all applications are according to governance principles
