Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Automation Engineer

We are looking for a senior, hands-on technical engineer to design and implement the next generation of our Quality Engineering strategy. This role is for test automation to address complex quality challenges in our healthcare product suite.

As the thought leader and subject matter expert, you will define the roadmap, build proof-of-concepts, write code, mentor engineers, and ensure our systems scale efficiently while meeting strict healthcare compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• .Define and own the end-to-end QA automation strategy and roadmap for EverHealth's product portfolio.
• .Develop and maintain scalable, resilient test automation frameworks.
• .Evaluate, select, and implement modern tools for automation, and test data management.
• .Lead by example with hands-on development of automation scripts, and frameworks.
• .Perform deep-dive performance analysis, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with Dev / DevOps to deliver high-performance solutions.
• .Integrate automation and performance testing within CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• .Review QA engineers' code to ensure testability, maintainability, and efficiency.
• .Mentor and coach QA engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• .Ensure all testing practices comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH).
• .Incorporate security and vulnerability testing into performance and automation strategy.
