Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Fleet Manager will oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, and manage fleet maintenance and safety protocols. Key responsibilities include coordinating vehicle schedules, managing driver workflows, analyzing performance data, and optimizing operational efficiency to uphold the company's high standards of reliability and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Fleet Management, Fleet Operations, and Operations Management
• Strong knowledge of DOT Regulations
• Excellent Analytical Skills to optimize fleet scheduling and performance
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Familiarity with vehicle safety protocols and AI-monitoring systems is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in fleet or transportation management is a strong plus
• Effective communicator with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
