Job descriptionStrong expertise in Generative AI and LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, etc.). Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and / or PyTorch. In-depth understanding of Transformer models and NLP concepts. Experience deploying models to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred). Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision. Knowledge of MLOps practices and CI / CD pipelines for ML models. Prior experience with fine-tuning open-source models. Exposure to LangChain, LLMOps tools, or prompt engineering techniques.

Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions for real-world applications.
- Work with advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Implement AI / ML models using Python with TensorFlow or PyTorch frameworks.
- Fine-tune Transformer-based architectures for domain-specific tasks.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest research and trends in Gen AI, LLMs, and NLP.
