About the role : We’re looking for someone who can manage Content Insights + Data + Organic Growth—review how content is performing, what’s working or not working, and turn that into clear growth ideas.
You will support the strategists and writers with data, insights, and experiments that help
their content grows faster.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Content Performance Tracking
- Track daily / weekly content performance for all clients
- Analyse reach, engagement, retention, watch time, saves, and overall growth
- Build simple dashboards so teams can see what’s happening quickly
2. Insights & Recommendations
Turn data into clear insights for strategists and writersSpot patterns — what type of content works, what doesn’t, which formats / platforms are giving growthSuggest ideas to improve content performance3. Growth Experiments
Run small experiments across formats, timings, platforms, and hooksTest ideas fast and share learningsHelp teams adopt what’s working and drop what’s not4. Platform Understanding
Stay updated with how Instagram, YouTube, , X, etc., are evolvingUnderstand what drives organic growth on each platformIdentify new trends early and share with the team5. Client Account Support
Work with multiple accounts across DAASGive weekly insights and growth suggestionsKeep track of client-wise growth patterns6. Data Management

5+ years of experience in organic content growth, data analysis, performance marketing (organic), or social analytics.Understand how and why content performs- attention, retention, hooks, pacing, topics, trends, distribution, and audience behavior.Have hands-on experience analyzing IG, YouTube, and dashboards or using tools like Creator Studio, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, etc.Are analytical but creative — you can read numbers, but you can also read content.Move fast, learn fast, and iterate fast — speed + learning agility is a must.Bring a growth mindset and a lean, experiment-driven approach to solving problems.Can manage multiple accounts and thrive in a creator-driven, fast-paced environment.Why this role matters :
