Leadership Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a high-ownership Assistant Manager – TA who will lead hiring for Technology and Product Leadership roles at Licious. This is a high-impact role responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding exceptional talent that shapes our product innovation, engineering excellence, and digital transformation.

You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Design leaders to define hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and drive the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-senior and leadership positions.

Reporting to : Director TA - Tech / Product

1. Hiring for Tech & Product Leadership

• Own end-to-end recruitment for leadership and niche roles in Engineering, Product Management, Design and Product Analytics
• Build deep understanding of functional org structures, role scopes, and skill expectations.
• Hire talent across levels such as Lead / Principal Engineers, EMs, Staff Engineers, Data Science leaders, UX leads, Principal PMs, Product Leads, etc.
