1️⃣ Technical Manager / Senior Technical Lead

Architecture + Interior Design (Technical)

Experience : 10–15 years

Education : B.Arch. / M. Arch.

Software : Revit / BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office

Role Highlights

Lead and supervise technical design workflow across SD, DD, and IFC stages

Ensure adherence to BIM standards, documentation protocols, and project methodologies

Guide project leads, BIM architects, and engineers to deliver high-quality outputs

Oversee coordination across Architecture, Interiors, MEP, Structure, and Façade

Drive cost-effective, construction-ready detailing

Mentor teams on materials, BIM practices, and detailed coordination

Manage BIM 360 configuration and maintain documentation precision

2️⃣ Technical Team Lead / Project Lead

Architect / Civil Engineer with Interior Design Technical Expertise

Experience : 7+ years

Education : B. Arch / B. Tech Civil

Software : Revit / BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office

Role Highlights

Lead DD and IFC drawing production aligned with client expectations

Coordinate effectively with architecture, structure, MEP, and landscape teams

Ensure productivity, timelines, and quality compliance

Collaborate with design and FF&E teams for seamless design translation

Participate in progress reviews and elevate team technical delivery.
