Key Responsibilities :
1. Employer Branding & Thought Leadership :
- Develop and execute a compelling employer branding strategy across social media, website, blogs, and video content.
- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to strengthen our positioning as an employer of choice.
- Create and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other platforms.
- Lead storytelling initiatives that showcase company culture, innovation, and employee success stories.
2. Prospect Engagement & Lead Generation :
Collaborate with Sales and Presales teams to create impactful pitch decks, campaigns, and marketing collateral.Design and execute digital campaigns, webinars, and outreach programs to generate and nurture leads.Support presales efforts with tailored content for RFPs, proposals, and client presentations.Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize engagement and ROI.3. Employee-Oriented Branding :
Organize and promote internal events, podcasts, and webinars that highlight employee expertise and engagement.Amplify employee voices and success stories through internal and external channels.Drive initiatives that build a strong internal brand culture and community connection.4. Strategic Partnerships & Analyst Relations :
Build and manage relationships with industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, etc.) and strategic partners (Microsoft, Snowflake, Databricks).Coordinate submissions for Magic Quadrants, Market Guides, and industry reports.Leverage partnerships to enhance brand credibility, visibility, and thought leadership positioning(ref : iimjobs.com)
