Role Description The Customer Support Associate provides prompt, empathetic, and effective front-line support to students and prospective users, ensuring a positive experience with the Waytoogreen platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and phone regarding enrollment, platform usage, and course content.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through the platform.
• Maintain the knowledge base and FAQ sections.
• Track and categorize support tickets, escalating issues to the Manager as needed.
