About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Creative Lead who can define and drive Moxie’s creative vision across every touchpoint. You’ll be responsible for shaping the brand’s voice, visual identity, and storytelling building powerful, culture-forward ideas that connect deeply with the audience.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and design craft. You’ll work closely with the Founder and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns, compelling content, and a consistent brand experience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Strategy

• Define and uphold the brand’s creative vision across copy, design, and content.
• Translate marketing and business objectives into cohesive creative concepts and campaigns.
• Act as the bridge between brand strategy and execution ensuring every creative decision aligns with the brand’s identity and purpose.
