Key Responsibilities
1. Business & P&L Leadership
Full responsibility of showroom P&L, profitability, budgeting, and cost control.
Annual business planning for 180–250 Cr turnover potential.
Monitor revenue streams across furniture, kitchens, lighting, décor, and custom solutions.
Evaluate CAC, lead funnel, sales margins, and vendor profitability.
2. High-Value Sales Leadership
Drive high-ticket sales (₹5 lakh – ₹5 crore per project).
Build and mentor a strong sales team with daily / weekly performance tracking.
Create sales strategies for retail clients, architects, builders, hotels, and corporate projects.
Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets across 15+ product categories.
Strong negotiation skills with HNI / NRI clients.
3. Deep Product Expertise Across Categories
Candidate must have strong knowledge in all categories listed below :
Furniture & Modular Products
Modular kitchens (Italian & German systems)
Modular wardrobes & storage solutions
Luxury sofas, beds, dining, living room sets
Hotel furniture, office furniture, outdoor furniture
Custom-made and imported furniture
All types of finishes : PU, veneer, laminate, lacquer, metal, glass, stone, leather, fabric
Decor & Interior Products
Decorative lights & architectural lighting
Artefacts & luxury décor objects
Tiles & sanitary fittings
Doors, windows, and decorative hardware
Lifestyle & premium home accessories
Upholstery, furnishings & surfaces
Technical Knowledge
Furniture fittings (Hettich, Hafele, Blum, Grass, etc.)
Lighting technology basics
Material understanding (wood, veneers, stones, ceramics, metals, fabrics)
4. Showroom Operations & Experience Management
Ensure Wolf Casa’s ultra-luxury showroom standards are maintained at all times.
Oversee VM, display rotation, product experience zones, and brand partner communication.
Manage logistics, stock planning, warehouse coordination, and service escalations.
5. Architect / Designer Ecosystem Development
Build strong relations with architects, interior designers, builders, and PMC firms.
Plan visits, presentations, events, and collaboration programs.
Ensure architect referral conversions and B2B project closures.
6. Team Leadership (150 Staff)
Manage Sales Managers, Designers, Operations, Service, Warehouse & Back-office teams.
Daily performance reviews and KPI monitoring.
Training in product knowledge, luxury selling skills, and negotiation.
Build a disciplined, high-performance culture.
7. Reporting & Compliance
Maintain MIS reports for sales, leads, profitability, stock, and business progress.
Oversee CRM, ERP, purchase orders, and client project timelines.
Ensure adherence to Wolf Casa processes, policies, and brand standards.
Candidate Profile & Skill Requirements
Experience : 10–18 years in luxury interiors, furniture, modular kitchens, décor, or lifestyle brands.
P&L Management : Strong financial understanding and business acumen.
Sales Expertise : Must have handled 100–200 Cr annual business potential.
Industry Exposure : Should have worked with Italian / German kitchen brands, luxury furniture brands, and multi-category product portfolios.
Client Handling : Excellent with HNI / NRI clients, architects & corporate clients.
Communication : Polished English & Hindi, strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Leadership : Ability to manage large teams and fast-paced luxury operations.
