The Role
We are not looking for a consultant. We are looking for an Architect-Executor . You will design the Go-to-Market strategy for India and lead the team to execute it. You are the bridge between the Product capabilities and the Market reality.
What You will own
The Playbook (Strategy) : You will define who we attack first. Is it luxury builders in Noida? Is it the mass-market brokers in Greater Noida West? You will define pricing models (SaaS subscriptions vs. Commission splits) and value propositions.The Sales Engine (B2B) : You will not just hire BDMs; you will set their targets, script their pitches, and go on the first 50 critical meetings yourself to close Key Accounts (Anchor Builders).The Demand Gen (B2C) : You will oversee the marketing function to ensure that once we acquire inventory via SaaS, we have the traffic on Property.new to sell it.Revenue Operations : You own the P&L for growth. You decide where we burn cash (Ads? Events? Commission kickbacks?) to get the highest ROI.How you will spend your time
You will not be micromanaged. You will own the outcome. Your focus will shift dynamically across these core themes :
Orchestrating the "War Room" : You own the Growth Dashboard. You will constantly monitor CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), Churn, and Pipeline velocity, making real-time decisions on where to deploy capital (e.g., shifting budget from Meta Ads to Broker Incentives).Leading from the Front (Field Work) : You won't just sit in the office. You will spend significant time in the market (Noida / Gurgaon), closing "Anchor" deals with top-tier Developers and understanding the ground reality to keep our strategy sharp.The Product Feedback Loop : You act as the bridge between "Street" and "Code." You will vigorously debate with the Founders and Product Managers, translating market rejection ("Brokers hate this login flow") into immediate product improvements.Sales Enablement & Coaching : You are the Captain of the Sales team. You will run pitch reviews, shadow critical calls, and ensure your "Hunters" (BDMs) are armed with the best scripts and value propositions.Expansion Strategy : While the team executes today's sales, you are planning next quarter's move. You will scout new micro-markets and design the entry strategy for our next city launch.Who You Are
The "0 to 1" Guy / Gal : You have taken a product from "No Revenue" to "PMF" (Product Market Fit) before. You know the chaos of early-stage startups.PropTech Native : You understand the Indian Real Estate ecosystem deeply. You know how a "Mandate" works, why "Underwriting" is risky, and how Channel Partners influence deals.Data-Backed Intuition : You trust your gut for sales, but you back it up with data. You live in CRMs and Analytics dashboards.Leadership : You have managed hybrid teams (Sales Hunters + Digital Marketers).Requirements
Experience : 3+ years total experience, with at least 3 years in a Head of Sales, Growth, or Strategy role in a B2B SaaS or Marketplace startup.Track Record : Proven history of designing and executing a GTM plan that resulted in measurable revenue growth.Noida / NCR Advantage : Existing relationships with Builders / IPCs (International Property Consultants) in North India is a massive plus.Why This Role?
