Category Management and support to product development.

• Develop category-specific procurement strategies that are aligned with the organization’s product philosophy, construction schedules, and cost targets. Create multi-year sourcing plans, analyse material consumption patterns, benchmark prices, and assess supply markets for emerging opportunities or risks.
• Formulate high-order negotiation frameworks and cost-control mechanisms to meet organizational and project-level procurement objectives.
• Create, conduct and maintain discussion & resolution matrices with design, engineering, and project teams to undertake early material / product discovery missions to match the product design specifications.
