About the Role

A fast-growing international consulting & operations support firm is looking for a Finance Controller to lead end-to-end financial management for clients across the US, UK, and Canada . This role requires strong international accounting exposure and the ability to operate independently in a global, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting, reporting, and analysis for international (US / UK / Canada) entities
• Oversee financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure accurate financial statements aligned with global accounting standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to improve financial processes
• Work collaboratively during EST hours
