HR Assistant Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Assistant Manager located in Jaipur. The HR Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting HR functions, such as employee onboarding, payroll management, employee relations, training coordination, and compliance with company policies. The role includes assisting in recruitment processes, performance appraisal management, and maintaining employee records. The HR Assistant Manager will also handle day-to-day queries from employees and provide administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in recruitment processes, staffing, and onboarding procedures
• Proficiency in performance management, employee relations, and training & development
• Strong organizational abilities, including record-keeping and payroll management
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR-related regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
