Job Purpose :
To generate online inquiries and sales through social media platforms by engaging with potential customers on social media enquiries and converting leads into store visits or online orders. The role bridges digital marketing and direct sales through personalized communication.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Social Media Sales & Lead Generation :
Actively interact with customers on Instagram Facebook WhatsApp and other social media channels.
Respond to DMs comments and inquiries promptly with detailed product information prices and availability.
Convert online inquiries into confirmed sales or store appointments.
Maintain records of leads follow-ups and conversions.
2. Customer Engagement :
Build relationships with repeat and high-value customers through personalized interactions.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management
3. Reporting & Analysis :
Track daily inquiry-to-sale conversion ratio.
Monitor engagement reach and sales generated via each platform.
Provide weekly reports on lead sources
Skills & Competencies :
Excellent communication and sales skills
Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement strategies
Ability to build rapport with luxury clientele
Qualification & Experience :
Graduate in Marketing Fashion or Communication
1 year of experience in social media sales fashion high end retail or luxury brand handling.
Experience in handling DMs and converting online leads preferred.
Monthly CTC is between 25000 to 30000 per month & job location is Thane West & preference for someone who has worked in high end retail stores & residing in central suburb
