About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 5 years of experience to join our innovative engineering team.

You'll collaborate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to design, build, and deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions, while leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate and enhance business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end development of features—from design to deployment.

Collaborate with PMs and BAs to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Design and document RESTful APIs and scalable system architectures.

Ensure security best practices (XSS, CSRF, SQL injection prevention).

Manage data solutions with SQL Server and MongoDB.

Architect and manage CI / CD pipelines for seamless deployments (cloud & on-prem).

Participate in Agile ceremonies to maintain project momentum.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT.

5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.

Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React ) and back-end tech like Node.js or Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask).

Strong database knowledge in SQL Server and MongoDB.

Familiarity with LLMs, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

Hands-on experience in AI / LLM / ML-based applications.

Prior experience in Customer Experience (CX) or Enterprise Operations domains.
