Civil Designer (Land Development)

Are you an experienced Civil Designer with a passion for civil engineering projects? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team. We are seeking individuals with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in land development, residential, commercial and industrial projects that include site servicing, site grading, stormwater management design, construction services, and water resource modeling using HEC-RAS for floodplain analysis.

• As a Civil Designer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Project Engineers with design and drafting of site servicing plan, site grading plan, erosion and sediment control plan, pre- and post-development drainage plans;

calculations for stormwater management, functional servicing, and floodplain cut and fill analysis. This role is integral to the preparation of land development for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
