BIIG is the centralized business intelligence and analytics team and is tasked with providing critical information and insights needed to manage the business and drive data driven decisions. BIIG team is working on building a data culture enabling data democratization reducing information overload and equipping everyone with information / insights needed to excel in their roles.

We are looking for a passionate leader to lead entire reporting for all distribution functions. You need to have a strong desire to lead change drive efficiency challenge the status quo and rationalize information this role you will work closely with distribution leaders to understand key metrics information needs and develop business intelligence products to cater to those needs. You will also define the strategy and roadmap for the team to accelerate our journey of becoming a data driven organization.

JOB SUMMARY

• Define the vision and roadmap for business intelligence team and champion data culture within Axis Max Life.
• Lead and enable transformation to embrace automation and providing concise & real-time insights.
• Responsible for delivery of accurate and timely reports / dashboards.
• Coach and mentor the team to continuously improve skills and capabilities.
• Lead a team of 5 professionals including partners.
