We are looking for a "Business development leader" ( 15-18 years of experience) for a global IT service provider
Experience with selling software and IT services to the domestic market in GCC / GIC segments
for the Bangalore location
Responsibilities
- Lead all sales and marketing efforts within your region, while collaborating across regions to share insights and best practices.
- Manage and coordinate the development of value propositions, sales strategies, proposals, RFP / RFQ / RFI responses, acting as the primary link between Business Units, Sales, Partners and Executive Leadership.
- Work closely with cloud vendors to identify new opportunities and jointly target potential accounts.
- Align with partner teams on joint opportunities, including pipeline management and regular forecast reviews.
- Collaborate with the assigned partner manager to craft and deliver product messaging, showcasing the organization’s value as a trusted systems integrator.
- Drive joint marketing initiatives in partnership with internal marketing teams and external cloud / tech partners
Requirements
Proven experience across the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities — someone who excels at engaging new people and cultivating long-term professional connections.Experience selling software and IT services to GCCs in India.Demonstrated success in solutions-based selling, along with the ability to build and sustain strong client and internal stakeholder relationships.Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal — with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
