Position : Staff Accountant – CA

Experience : 4 - 6 years post-qualification

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA

Reports to : CFO – India

Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to support accounting and reporting for our various business segments. The role requires strong technical accounting skills along with excellent communication abilities, including the ability to articulate financial information clearly to both India and US stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for month-end close, reconciliations, and preparation of segment-level schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to the US parent company. Key Responsibilities

Accounting

• Handle day-to-day accounting for designated segments with accurate ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, amortizations, prepaids, reclasses).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and US GAAP accounting treatment.

Audit & Compliance

Systems & Operational Support

Key Requirements

Sage / NetSuite experience an advantage.
