Role Description
This is a hybrid and project based role for a Brand Manager and Strategist located in Mumbai.
1. Brand Identity Development : Help define and evolve the brand's tone, values, and visual language
2. Marketing Strategy & Execution :
- Plan the go-to-market strategy across digital, retail, and on-ground channels
- Create and oversee launch campaigns, content plans, and brand calendar
- Define and track key brand metrics (awareness, trials, engagement, etc.)
- Assist in POSM strategy, bar branding, merchandise, and ATL / BTL ideas
3. Event & On-Ground Activation :
Conceptualize and execute bar activations, tastings, launch events.Identify brand collaboration opportunities with nightlife, F&B, or pop culture platforms4. Content & Digital Marketing
Lead the social media teamWork on creative outlook and ideasLead the shoots / content and other ATL / BTL campaigns.We’re Looking For Someone Who :
Has a thrill to launch and build a new brand from scratchHas experience as a brand manager (preferably in alcobev, Fmcg, lifestyle)Can travel for the events.Has experience in on ground activations
