About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR to support daily HR operations and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance while contributing to a positive and efficient workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and support end-to-end HR operations , including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Assist in recruitment activities — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring teams.
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Ensure HR policy compliance and assist in implementing HR processes.
• Handle exit formalities and maintain offboarding documentation.
• Provide general support to the HR team in day-to-day operations and special projects.
