Role Description

We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated third-year, final-year, or recently graduated students to join our team as AI & Automation Interns.

This is a remote internship opportunity designed to give you hands-on experience in developing chatbots, voice automation systems, and AI-powered process automation tools.

You’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams on live automation projects that directly impact real clients and users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop chat and voice automation workflows using AI platforms and APIs.
• Write, test, and debug automation scripts to improve efficiency and response accuracy.
• Assist in integrating chatbots and automation systems with messaging platforms like WhatsApp or Slack.
• Perform quality assurance, testing, and troubleshooting of automation pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product design and performance.
• Research and suggest innovative ways to improve conversational flow and AI response quality.
