Senior Analyst - Compensation & Benefits

Compensation & Benefits will be required to develop, coordinate and implement effective strategies, procedures and programs related to compensation and benefits during consulting assignment for ANSRs clients. The Associate Director Compensation & Benefits will provide inputs, guidance and support set-up and scaling of new GCCs.

Key Responsibilities :

Work with the People, Organization and Culture team to deliver high quality, effective Compensation and Benefits solutions tailored for ANSRs clients with focus on the following areas :

• C&B design, including pay ranges, pay structuring, pay mix, and benefits design
• Play an integral role in delivering the annual pay review and bonus processes at ANSR clients.
• Align with statutory compliance; be aware of market practices and developments.
• Compensation and Benefits market benchmarking, trends, andadvisory
• Job evaluation and levelling.
• Annual C&B cycle budgeting, management, and execution
• Present solutions and recommendations in a structured and articulate manner to client and / or ANSR internal teams
• Conduct due diligence for renewals and trends for Insurance and employee wellness programs at ANSR clients.
• Coordinate with HR operations to implement the programs in consultation with the HR business partner.
• Liaise with Benefits Partners / vendors and work with other functions such as HR operations and finance to execute Benefits Programs at ANSR clients.
• Provide CoE consulting advice to established clients, design and implement specific rewards-related projects. Manage C&B Project Compensation & Benefits will be required to develop, coordinate and implement effective strategies, procedures and programs related to compensation and benefits during consulting assignment for ANSRs clients.
