Role :

Need a Delivery Leader with 20–25 years of experience in IT, specializing in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise across capital markets domain coupled with a proven track record of managing large-scale delivery operations and driving strategic growth.

AsK :

Extensive experience in farming and mining accounts across Capital Markets, and Investment Banking

Should have Led large-scale delivery teams of 1000–1400 members across global geographies

Managed P&L responsibilities with revenue ownership of $20–40M USD

Experience in expanding wallet share and deepening client relationships through proactive delivery excellence
