Role Overview :
As the General Manager HNI Real Estate Sales, you will lead the organizations premium sales vertical, driving revenue growth through strategic engagement with high-net-worth individuals and investors. This leadership position demands a strong blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and people management to ensure sustained business performance and client delight in the luxury real estate segment.
You will be responsible for spearheading the HNI sales strategy, building a high-performing advisory team, cultivating long-term client relationships, and collaborating with developers to position projects that resonate with discerning buyers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Define and execute sales strategies tailored to the HNI and luxury property segments, aligning with company goals and market dynamics.
- Team Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of senior sales professionals to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Client Engagement : Build and nurture relationships with ultra-HNI and HNI clients through consultative selling, trust-based engagement, and bespoke service delivery.
- Developer Collaboration : Partner with developers to conceptualize marketing and sales plans for premium residential projects, ensuring brand alignment and market differentiation.
- Performance Management : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and drive process improvements for enhanced productivity and conversion efficiency.
- Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging investment opportunities to provide data-backed insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience :
10+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong focus on HNI or luxury residential segments.Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering consistent business growth.Deep understanding of the Bengaluru premium real estate market and buyer behavior.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing high-value transactions.Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.(ref : iimjobs.com)
