Main Duties : Administration

Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures & policies.Ensure maximum room occupancy within agreed overbooking policyEnsure that incoming and outgoing telephone calls are handled promptly and courteously.Ensuring all calls are handled according to Resa Vision trainingCheck the grooming and hygiene of the team.Conduct briefing for Reservation teamCommunicates with FOM all information likely to be interest to themPreparing the reservation team with different rate query and training the teamTo practice up selling of roomsEnsuring that the team strives for achieving the budget and goals of the departmentEnsuring that the guest special requests are taken care of.Ensuring that the airport pick up and drop is communicated to concierge chief well in timeEnsuring the all VIP to be marked on the system as VIPMaking sure that the Opera system does not have double guest profileEnsuring that the field picked up in Opera are accordingly to the guest informationReports to be in proper mannerPersonnel
