To effectively Partner with Business while ensuring Execution Excellence in HR Service Delivery through deployment of HR Plans Policies Systems and Processes uniformly across the organization in collaboration with Regional HR.

To drive employee productivity and engagement through effective Employee Life cycle Management

• Partnering with Biz at all levels to ensure effective HR Service Delivery to all stakeholders by understanding biz & aligning the people strategy - Collaborate with Strategic HR for formulation of Business Specific Plans Budgets & Proposals

Policy Deployment - Uniform deployment of HR Policies / Systems / Processes across Units
